How to order my Quinceanera Dress

How much will shipping be for my dress?

At Quinceanera Style all Quinceanera Dresses qualify for FREE ground shipping within the continental US!

Is the petticoat or hoop included?

No, but you have the option to order a hoop or petticoat when purchased at the same time as the dress. Hoops and petticoats are meant to make your dress appear fuller and rounder. We can help you choose the right size to achieve your desired look. Please call us for more information on also ordering a petticoat.

What if my dress does not fit?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Therefore, we will answer any question, clear any doubts, and do everything possible to help you make an informed decision before your purchase. Please note that every dress is carefully checked for any type of defects or damages immediately prior to shipping and our dresses are all new. However, if you are unsatisfied with your dress you will have 3 days following the receipt of your order (using shippers delivery confirmation) to contact us via email, phone. We will only exchange the dress for a larger size and for the same color and style. The dress must be in the same condition as when it left our store with all tags attached and must not be used. You will incur return shipping fees and a $25.00 shipping fee will apply on the replacement dress.

Can I call in my order?

Yes, Of course! We want you to feel as comfortable as possible about ordering from us. You can call in your order during our store hours at 1-800-816-8974.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated before submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

What is the return policy?

When will my order ship?

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed. We do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible. However, availability is limited on many items and processing time may vary depending on your customization options. Please call us if your event is less than 3 weeks away to ensure that your items can be delivered on time. To track your order, you may click the "Your Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 of shipment.
